We are in need of a creative and detail oriented Graphic Designer to work with us. The position suits people who are interested in visual storytelling and design, and with an open mind to learn and develop. You will work closely with the marketing and development teams to create visually appealing content for both digital and print media. Strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail are essential to succeed in this role.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative design solutions.
Prepare graphics, illustrations, and layouts of websites, social media, presentations, and other marketing materials.
Design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma to design.using images that convey the desired message.
Designs should be optimised to different platforms (digital and print) and fit with the brand identity.
Stay updated on design trends and best practices to contribute innovative ideas to projects.
Be involved in brainstorming to come up with innovative ideas,campaigns and other programs
Adhere to brand guidelines and ensure all designs are delivered on time with high-quality standards.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Experience: Fresher to 2 years of experience in graphic design or a related role.

Technical Skills:

Knowledge of design software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
Fundamental knowledge of design, typography, colour theory, and layout techniques.
A collection of past design or academic work.

Preferred Qualifications:

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma
Basic understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques
Portfolio showcasing previous design work or academic projects
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively
