We are also in need of a motivated and analytical Business Development Executive. (BDE) to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in expanding our client base, building strong relationships, and driving lead generation efforts to support business growth. As a BDE, you’ll collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities, qualify leads, and contribute to the development of effective sales strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Use online platforms, networking, and other sources to generate high-quality leads to create a consistent sales pipeline.Â
- Research on the potential clients, their needs and match them with our services.Â
- Utilize LinkedIn, email, and other online resources to connect with prospective customers and create leads.Â
- Schedule meetings and qualify leads to know the needs of the clients and negotiate on possible solutions.Â
- Â Build and sustain a profound knowledge of our products and services to communicate with prospects.Â
- Â Work hand in hand with the sales and marketing departments to facilitate lead nurturing programs and conversion programs.Â
- Prepare presentations, proposals and contracts according to the needs of the clients to transform leads into business relationships.Â
- Be involved in brainstorming to come up with new ideas on how to generate leads and expand the business.
- Â Monitor and record lead progress, communication history and follow-up actions in CRM or lead management tools.Â
- Stay updated with industry trends and market activities to continuously improve lead generation strategies.
Requirements:
- 1 to 1.5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Strong interest and foundational understanding of lead generation strategies and sales principles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement.Â
- Proactive, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently and within a team.Â
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple leads and deadlines.Â
- Basic knowledge of CRM or lead management tools is an advantage.Â
- Knowledge of the software or IT services industry is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Fresher to 1.5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role
- Strong interest in lead generation and sales principles with excellent communication skills
- Proactive, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple leads and deadlines
