We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will assist in project planning, execution, coordination, and communication between teams and clients. This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn resource management, risk handling, and project workflows in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Monitor and track project progress to ensure on-time and within-budget
    delivery.
  • Identify potential risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and best practices.
  • Serve as the primary communication link between development teams, clients,
    and senior management.
  • Organize and lead meetings to align stakeholders on project objectives.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure a smooth workflow and
    resolve issues.
  • Provide guidance and direction to project teams to enhance productivity.
  • Allocate and optimize resources to meet project requirements.
  • Manage changes in project scope while minimizing disruption.
  • Maintain project documentation, including progress reports and performance
    metrics.
  • Prepare regular updates for client and senior management.
  • Ensure that project records are accurate and up to date.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Basic understanding of software development and exposure to modern technology stacks through academics, internships, or projects.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodology/Scrum framework (theoretical knowledge or basic practical exposure).
  • Exposure to team collaboration or project coordination during academic projects, internships, or training.
  • Basic knowledge of project management tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, Trello, or similar (learning level or hands-on experience).
  • Good communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with team members and support client communication.
  • Basic understanding of KPI monitoring and performance tracking concepts.
  • Willingness to participate in daily stand-ups, Scrum meetings, and coordination calls.
  • Understanding of teamwork and basic task delegation concepts.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with eagerness to learn and take initiative.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to assist in task tracking, follow-ups, and coordination between teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Basic understanding or exposure to handling international clients is a plus.
  • Knowledge of SDLC and CI/CD processes (academic or project-based).
  • Basic understanding of UI/UX principles.
  • Awareness of risk management and project budgeting concepts.
  • Good documentation and reporting skills.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or an equivalent field.
  • Required Experience: Fresher (0–1 year) with basic coding knowledge or academic/project experience.
